My Hands Are Light Blue

Silent gesture of unbeing: Silk slip slips,
Upslips, unslips up.
Cold elbow outcrooked
In gesture silent unbent
Unto ungesture Untowards unseeing.

Calm blue hands
Grope towards a silent unmade gesture, Which palmed unpalmed
Might be held awhile
Between two blue –
Until unblue, unheld.
Gesture unmade
Towards a silent
Unmeant unmeaning.

Cold little mouth
Still opens and closes
At the heart of all of this.
Mouth unmouthed,
Unopened, unspoken,
And would it even unburden me If it was.
